The route of the Wales Rally GB 2018 has been announced and once again the Hafren Forest figures in the rally itinery, with two special stages using the forest itself and a further four stages in the immediate vicinity at Sweet Lamb and Myherin. With the rally moving north into the Dyfi Valley the next day, Cwmbiga is located right in the centre of all the action and is perfect if you're looking for Rally GB accommodation within walking distance.
Wales' Premier Rallying Event - on your doorstep
The Wales Rally GB is held towards the end of the World Rally Championship, at a point in the calendar at which the championship driver might well be crowned. The event runs over three days, and this year the vast majority of stages are being run on the tough terrain of the forests of North and Mid Wales. With the leading drivers closely matched, the event is sure to be keenly contested, with man and machines being pushed to the limit on tracks that, by October, are bound to be wet, rough and slippery.
With excellent viewing points of Hafren's special stages within a few hundred yards walking distance of Cwmbiga, as well as another dozen or so stages within a 20mile radius, the farm offers an excellent central point to base yourself during 4 - 7 October.
Be Part of the Action
The rally attracts thousands of fans to the Hafren and the other special stages in the area. Why not get one step ahead of the crowd and book accommodation at Cwmbiga Cottages, right in the middle of the Hafren and right up close to the action?
Cwmbiga has Self Catering accommodation available for the Wales Rally GB during the period of the rally, but hurry - book now to secure your cottage for the 'Rally of Legends' to avoid disappointment.
